Technical
Advice
General Consulting: In most cases, general consulting is
free of charge. Most customers need about one hour worth of information
before deciding whether to proceed with a service contract. Therefore,
Cell Culture Solutions does not charge for the first hour of general consulting,
even if it happens over a few days. We give priority
to those who ask questions pertinent to their research project. If your information is
considered proprietary, you should always sign a confidential disclosure
agreement click here(CDA) before talking to us.
We also welcome other cell culture-related questions, as long as
adequate research has been done before those questions are sent to
us (for example laboratory / equipment-related questions). There
is a lot of information on the web, and many available good books
on cell culture that may answer your questions. We will do our best
to address your questions if you cannot find the answer.
Technical Advice: We provide technical advice on any area of expertise
described under our services. Advice associated with a service contract
will be charged accordingly, and payment terms vary depending on
the project.

On Site Services
Cell Culture Solutions also offers on-site services, which differ
from our regular services because we provide these services inside
the client’s facilities. Some clients
prefer this arrangement for one reason or another. There are several advantages to using on-site services. It is a
cheaper alternative than hiring a full time employee, and the work
is done within the environment and under the supervision of the hiring
company. The assignment is limited in time and the hiring company
does not pay overhead or benefits to the sub-contractor. Once the
job is done, the subcontractor is gone.

an extensive portfolio of cell culture / cell biology products

Training / Coaching in cell culture-related
techniques. Cell Culture Solutions is also available for
hands-on training sessions if deemed necessary before a
project is initiated. For example, tissue dissection for
isolation of primary cells, growth and subculture of difficult
primary cells, on-site laboratory and handling recommendations
for better statistic analysis, cell adaptation techniques,
etc.
